How can I start betting?

In order to start betting on Streambet:

• Register an account or sign in through Steam, Facebook, VK, etc.;
• Look for the verification email in your inbox and click on the link in that email;
• Make a deposit with one of available payways;
• Select an outcome by clicking on the odds to add it to your Bet Slip;
• Set a bet amount in Bet Slip (not less than 100 coins on match betting);
• Place your bet and wait for the result :)

I didn't get the activation e-mail. What now?

Check your spam folder or Promotions Tab. Sometimes the activation email may end up there. If that's the case, you can move that email to your Primary Tab. If it is not there, please contact our support team and provide them with your email address.

What if I forgot my password?

Use our resetting option after you click on Login in top right corner of our site.

How to deposit?

You can make a deposit by choosing the Deposit option in the My account section and selecting a deposit method.

How to withdraw?

You can make a withdrawal by choosing the Withdrawal option in the My account section and selecting a withdrawal method. (If you have deposited with a Credit Card, you have to make a withdrawal to the same Credit Card.)

What does "Bet at least X to withdraw" mean?

At least 100% of the value of each deposit has to be used in bets in order to withdraw. We have this rule to prevent Streambet from being used as a trading platform.

What happens if the match is delayed or cancelled?

If the match is delayed for more than 24 hours or cancelled, the funds are returned to your account automatically. Wagers included in your Combo Bet will be refunded if the match has been postponed for more than 48 hours.

Can I play if I'm under 18?

No. According to the rules of service, as well as the legislation of most countries, betting entrants must be 18 or older. By registering, you confirm that you are over 18 years old. Also it is forbidden to use your friend`s or relative`s card to make a deposit.

Can I create and use more than one account on your site?

Each player should only have one account. If we found out that you are betting from more than one account it will lead to ban.

Can I cancel or change my bet?

Unfortunately there is no such option because it would affect the odds too much.

What are Combo Bets?

Combo aka Express aka Multi aka Parlay aka Accumulator - you combine multiple individual bets into one bet. Combining the bets gives you larger reward for winning, but you have to be right about every single result to win the whole combo. The larger the amount of wagers included in your combo, the larger the payout. Unlike pool betting, Combo bets have fixed-odds, meaning they will not change after placing a bet.

Cancellation policy

When you accepted to use Services, all your payments are made through the payment service provider and there is no statutory right of revocation of the purchased goods and/or services or other facilities. If you wish to reject using Services for your next purchases of goods and/or services or other facilities on the Website, you can refuse Services through your personal office on the Website.

Also, by accepting this Agreement, your confirm that you are entitled to use Services, and Website's services, offered via the current Website. In case the you use Services through the Website, offering specific services, for example, gaming services, you make legally binding declaration that you are at or past the legal age to be considered an adult as per requirements of your’s country or residence in order to use current services, provided by the Website. By starting the use of Services, you take own legal responsibility that you do not violate laws of any country where the service is being used, and payment service provider is not responsible for any such violation.

You acknowledge and agree that Your Account is not a bank account and is therefore not insured, guaranteed, sponsored or otherwise protected by any banking or other system insurance. Additionally, any money deposited in Your Account will not earn any interest.

You may request withdrawal of funds from Your Account at any time provided that:

• all payments transferred to the account have been audited, and none of them have been canceled;
• any verification actions were properly carried out.

We reserve the right to charge a fee amounting to our own costs for withdrawal of funds that have not been put into play.

If the requested amount exceeds one thousand united states Dollars (USD 1,000) or more, the player identification procedure must be carried out by sending us a copy or a digital photograph of your identification documents, such as the Passport or an ID card (page with a photo).

The passport series and number may be painted out on the image. If you made deposits to your account with the plastic card you must also send us the copies of this card’s front side and back side. The first six digits and the last four digits of the card’s number (if you have the card number embossed note that the same digits must be covered on the card’s front side and the back side ) must be visible, the CVV2 code must be painted out.

In case of suspicious or fraudulent payment, including the use of stolen credit cards or any other fraudulent activity (including any charge-back or other reversal of a payment), the Company reserves the right to block Your Account, reverse any made pay-out and recover any winnings.

We are entitled to inform any relevant authorities or entities (including credit reference agencies) of any payment fraud or other unlawful activity and may employ collection services to recover payments. However, under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, regardless of whether or not the credit cards were reported stolen.
